Terms & Conditions

By booking a course with us, you agree to these terms.

1) Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ to attend in-person training (most insurers require this for public liability cover).

2) Payments & Pricing

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Payment options: we may offer Klarna, PayPal Credit, and accept VISA / Mastercard / Amex to spread or complete the payment.
  • Klarna’s Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.
  • We may change prices or run promotions at any time without prior notice. Once you’ve booked, the price you paid is final (we don’t refund later price drops).

3) Refunds

  • All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If we have to postpone an in-person course for reasons outside your control, we’ll offer priority rebooking (possibly with a discount) or a full refund of the training fee.
  • We’re not responsible for loss of income, travel or accommodation costs if a course is cancelled or rescheduled.

4) Cancellations & Rescheduling (Student)

  • No-show / no notice: if you don’t attend and don’t tell us at least 2 weeks in advance, your fee is not refunded.
  • Group courses run with 2+ students. If you’re the only person booked 5 days before the date, we’ll move you to a future date.

5) Named Student

  • Bookings are not transferable to another person. Please book in the correct attendee name.

6) Confirmation of Bookings

You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours (next working day if booked outside office hours). It will include your date, time and venue (and any other relevant details).

7) Accreditation

Accredited courses are accredited by ABT (Association of Beauty Therapists), a recognised industry accreditor. Please check with your insurer about your individual insurance eligibility.

8) Conduct, Safety & Insurance

  • We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour. We may ask you to leave without refund if you breach this.
  • Do not attend if you’re unwell or have a contagious condition; we may refuse training to protect others.
  • You’re responsible for obtaining any insurance needed for your professional practice and for complying with applicable laws and regulations.

9) Intellectual Property

  • All manuals, videos, images, slides, processes, branding and course content are our intellectual property (or used under licence).
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning. Do not copy, share, record, teach or resell our content without written permission.

10) Liability

  • We aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost income, travel or accommodation costs).
  • If we are found liable, the maximum we’ll pay is the course fee you paid for that specific course.
  • Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11) European Online Dispute Resolution

If you’re an EU consumer, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to raise a dispute.

12) Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

  • If something happens that we can’t control (e.g., venue issues, strikes, severe weather, public health restrictions, power cuts), we may need to delay or move your course.
  • If that happens, we’ll rebook you to a future date or refund the training fee (in line with Section 3).
